Covering a range of topics, from food and farm labor to cottage-food legislation, a lens into humane meat processing, and the making of beneficial bugs, the 10 finalists of the Real Food Media Contest were selected from more than 175 submissions.
The 2015 contest invited a new crop of digital submissions of films under four minutes long that tell unique stories about food, farming, and sustainability from around the country and the world. Diverse categories range from documentary and advocacy to experimental—along with animated submissions in honor of the 10th anniversary of the online movie, The Meatrix.
Online voting for People’s Choice Award is open through February 27th. Head to realfoodmedia.org/vote to watch and vote on your favorite of them films in this year’s batch.
