Happy New Year: Renewal

It’s a fresh start to a brand new year. Hopefully, you are starting it feeling rested, refreshed, and with a list—even if it’s just in your head—of dreams for the coming year. Every day is a new day, but there is only one New Year’s Day each year.

I wish you health, healing, and happiness and a new year filled with LOVE for everyone!

    Thanks, Maria —

Lots of love to you and to your family as well. Snowing very hard in the Midwest now… Just lovely — as are your posts and the photos that you share with the world. Thanks for your meditations and seasonal reflections. I enjoy these so much !

Well, my New Year has begun with the results of my MRI. My right shoulder has arthritis, tendonitis, and several tears in my cuff. Not sure what is to come, I’m right handed so it’s a struggle. But I am so thankful I can use my computer with just my left hand!! At least I know I’ll still be able to read your encouraging thoughts and wonderful outlook on life! Thank you and may you have the best New Year ever!

The New Year has started uneventful, just the way that I like it! A lovely calm day around these parts. Expecting another winter storm by Thursday, and I have focused on what I want to do inside during the snowy days. My focus have been extended to the next 3 months, and what I want to get accomplished. One day at a time, though, for we only have today!

We are still going to strive to get together this year Maria! (check the last Winter Meditation: Day 12) a must. Enjoy your day.
